Pig roasting puertorican-style. Using the word "crunchy" to describe the texture of the skin after the appropriate safron and slow-cooking treatment is an understatement. You have to taste it to beleive it!. Contributed by Mr. Moises Feliciano.

These are some of the treats that my daughter received while visiting in Puerto Rico: Cream of wheat and cheese, flan and other local pastries, corn flour rolls ("sorullitos"), "guanimos" (boiled wheat flour), "guanimos" with cod fish and avocado, and finally yellow muffins. MMMMmmmm... mouth watering, diet-breaking, for the non-diabetic temptations. Bad girl! Contributed by Miss. Gloribeth Reyes-Torres.
